Karyn Edwards has over 25 years of corporate experience in a variety of capacities including organization development, talent management, team building, learning, diagnostics, facilitation, and skill development training. Karyn earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2017 with her dissertation focusing on the role of leadership and employee engagement. Karyn earned her Professional and Executive Coaching Certificate from UT Dallas in 2021.

For almost 20 years Barbara has been a successful entrepreneur and real estate developer. Prior to entrepreneurship, Barbara had a successful corporate career in marketing for 15 years. She’s held leadership roles in both large and small companies including, Activision, Schwab and Washington Mutual/Chase and understands what it takes to have a successful career. A respected coach and trusted leader in her community, Barbara has helped hundreds of people move through both personal and professional challenges in life.

Action-focused and collaborative, Dr. Rebecca Baumgartner brings almost 20 years of experience in leadership, operations, human resources, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. From her role as a change agent to her ability to engage and develop team members, Rebecca works with businesses, leaders, and teams to leverage people resources to achieve business outcomes. Baumgartner is a Certified Diversity Executive, ICF Certified Executive Coach, and a SHRM-certified Senior Human Resources Professional. She is also co-founder and principal partner at Thrive360, a professional services firm that provides holistic business solutions. She is skilled in professional and leadership development, coaching, and the strategic planning and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs, initiatives, and efforts. Baumgartner is a proud member of CHIEF, an invite-only network focused on connecting and supporting women executive Leaders.

Lauren McCreery is a seasoned coach, trainer and consultant. As a former senior HR people leader in the Government sector, she brings experience in organizational and leadership development, talent management, change and transformation, DEIB and more. After experiencing burnout in 2021, Lauren decided to take the leap from her corporate role to become a full-time Coach where she focused on helping people to overcome burnout and swerve towards work they love.

Lauren now coaches and trains leaders to create healthy, thriving workplaces. She is also a Premier Fellow Coach with BetterUp. Lauren holds a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University and completed her coach training with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is passionate about helping other coaches to develop their own unique coaching voice.

Known for her exuberance and critical thinking, Dr. Kerriann Peart champions work at the intersections or as she likes to say, “the junction of things.” With her Caribbean identity and culture, Dr. Peart has supported work across sectors both private and public, national, and international, always leaning into the efforts of equity and leveraging the insights of those she engages in her efforts, through a strengths-based approach.With her more than 15 years of professional experience, inclusive of organizational culture design, human capital, systems strengthening, behavior risk management, and professional well-being practice; Dr. Peart founded Peart Consulting, LLC, in 2020. In this curated space she provides identity informed coaching, consulting, and speaking services, for organizations and teams; with a focus on building the capacity of executives and people leaders.Dr. Peart earned her doctorate in International Psychology with a focus on Organizations and Systems, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also holds a Master of Public Health, Global Health Communications focus from The Milken Institute School of Public Health, at George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University.
