Stamina

3. What are you most passionate about and why?

Nature and animals - we live on a planet that more than likely has no equal. The diversity and beauty of life on earth makes me feel so grateful to be alive.

4. Area of coaching that interests you the most and why?

I love to help people achieve their goals. I get excited when my clients step into their own brilliance, resilence and capacity! Most of my clients have been professionals who are looking to take their career to the next level or are exploring new ventures.

5. What got you into coaching and what do you love about coaching?

I have naturally evolved over my life as a teacher of sorts. I've taught kids sports camps, skiing, aerobics, Spinning, nutrition, leadership development, change management, sales, among many other things. Coaching feels even more powerful and transformational. Just the idea of being a small part of someone else's growth is exciting and rewarding.

6. Your favorite thing about Lumia Coaching?

The people. Connecting with other humans who want to learn and help other's is so meaningful. I want to surround myself with motivated, interested and interesting people and Lumia is that place!

7. What's your #1 advice to someone who is interested in becoming a coach?

Even if you were never to coach a single person, the journey of becoming a coach is transformational and you will never regret it!
