Every day I use the tools and learnings I received through Lumia to deepen my practice with my students. I love that Lumia gives you permission to find your own voice and that life coaching can look like many things. The coursework rooted in psychology was profound and It added another layer to the personal development I had already been doing. I gained the confidence to call myself a coach and greater management skills. The course helped me to become more centered and self aware. The communication and listening methods I learned from the program are useful every day, all day. In addition to the coaching clients that I work with weekly via phone, I use coaching methods while managing the team at Dryft as well.
