Lumia cultivated in me the positive psychological skills needed to thrive – resilience, perseverance, a growth mindset – I see life through an entirely different set of lenses now. I love myself and truly believe that I deserve to acknowledge my strengths and successes. I’ve become a rockstar at setting personal boundaries to support my mental health, and more assertive of my needs. I work as a health coach and a coach supervisor at Noom. I love my job and work for an incredible, positive company. I met one of my dearest friends in the Lumia program, discovered myself as a person, and my passion. As with anything worth doing, if you put the work into it you won’t regret it!
