Before I began Lumia, I was on a self-healing journey and had no idea where I wanted to end up. Today, I love myself more than I ever have. Lumia helped me dig deep into myself and find my own limiting beliefs while learning how to coach others. Lumia armed me with tools in my mental tool belt that I had no idea existed. I learned so much about positive psychology, listening, being curious without judgments, and I would do it all over again. If you're looking to become a coach, DO IT! It's the best investment you can make for yourself. You will learn more than you ever thought possible and it will change you, fundamentally, for the better.

I was a stay-at-home mom advocating for my neurodivergent kiddo. I am now starting a coaching business and looking for a full-time gig with a company that has a work culture that matches my values. Lumia has been the thread that has weaved its way through all of my lived experiences and given me purpose and future goals. The way the program is run is generous and wonderful, and the instructors are so full of knowledge and want to help the students grow. There are no pieces of my life that coaching does not extend its spool of thread. I love my quilt of life.

I would choose Lumia again because of the education, the structure, the community, and the resources. Before Lumia, I was questioning my decision not to go to graduate school. Now, I am genuinely happy about my decision to become a life coach and build my own business instead of going to graduate school.
